PUMA signar världsstjärnan Neymar
"This will be my PUMA history. The KING is back!”
Nyligen blev det klart att Neymar lämnade Nike efter 15 år och det ryktades direkt om PUMA. Idag står det klart att PUMA skrivit ett avtal med världsstjärnan Neymar och NR Sports.
Med avtalet kan vi förvänta oss att se Neymar med PUMA på planen men också utanför planen då vi kommer se Neymar bära på PUMAs viktigaste sport, tränings och lifestyle-produkter. Om den nya avtalet säger PUMAs CEO Bjørn Gulden att det är fantastiskt.
“He is one of the best players in the world and extremely relevant for the global football and youth culture. We are very excited and look forward to working with him both on and off the pitch.”
Nyheten meddelades via hans sociala medier med budskapet ”The King Is Back” där han pratar om hur stor inverkan fotbollslegender som Pelé och Maradona haft i hans liv och hans val att fortsätta i deras fotspår genom att gå ihop med PUMA.
“I grew up watching videos of great football legends such as Pelé, Cruyff, Eusebio and Maradona,” Neymar Jr. said. “These were the kings of the pitch, the kings of my sport. I wish to bring back the legacy that those athletes created on the pitch. They each played in PUMA, and each of them created their magic in The KING.”
Han fortsatte:
“Every time I lace my boots, my KING boots, I will do anything to achieve all of my dreams to honor my name and that of all those great ones who wore the KING before me. This will be my PUMA history. The KING is back!”
Neymar är just nu en av världens framgångsrikaste fotbollsspelare och har vunnit titlar i Brasilien, Spanien och Frankrike. Han har även vunnit Champions League och OS Guld 2016. Han spelar för franska PSG (Paris Saint Germain) är just nu den tredje största målgöraren i Brasilien med 61 mål på 101 matcher.
